Commission process

1. Please fill out the commission order form
2. Kindly wait for a response and message on your preferred contact
3. I will confirm the commission with you and any details as well as discussing the final price
4. You will be added to my Trello waitlist
5. A Paypal invoice will be sent when it's your turn for the commission, payment is first upfront
6. You will be messaged and contacted throughout the entire process and sent updates
7. Minor changes are possible and acceptable before line art, and after line-art color changes are acceptable.
Pose changes cannot be changed after the sketch has been confirmed.
8. After the commission is done, you will receive the official files in your email or discord

Terms of service

Personal Use (Non-Commercial)
- Profile picture usage or anything that is not based off of income is ok
- Do not post any unwatermarked images online (unless you are using it for commercial usage)
- The commission is not to be made into prints, resold, products, or in any way that would make income unless agreed upon
- You may print out the work for your own personal use (single copy)
- You may not make any changes to the commission on your own or by a 3rd party
- Do not claim that you made the artwork, only the artist (myself) keeps the ownership of the work

Artist Rights
- My artstyle is subject to change and improve as time passes
- Commercial rights are not full transfer of rights but only of rights for specific commercial usage
- For fanart, it is considered a "generic request" I have the right to use it for merch/ prints/ art books, ect. (no exceptions)
- Personal commissions and OC's will be featured in my portfolio and may be featured
in my physical or digitial portfolio
- Your commission may be featured on my commission page
- I have the right to use your commission in guides showing work in progress shots that may be featured on Patreon
- I have the right to post the commission online (with user credit) unless there is a specific reveal date,
then I will wait until then
- I have the right to refuse or deny your commission for any reason
- I must be Credited by name or linked back to me
- Any artwork I produce or sketches may not be used in A.I, or A.I training
- Any artwork I produce or sketch may not be used in crypto or NFTS

Refunds
- You may cancel the commission if payment has not been made
- Once payment has been made, the commission is not refundable, unless I have not started 2 months after payment has been made
- If you file a chargeback, you lose any rights to the artwork, as well as I have the right to resell the commission or
use it myself
- Chargebacks will also be forbidden in commissioning myself in the future
- If a chargeback does occur, I have the right to file a complaint and the right to the commission money given

Payment
- All payments are in USD
- Payments are sent and paid through Paypal Invoice only
- Payments are made first upfront when it is your turn
- You will be notified the day before your invoice is sent
- If you are unable to pay the time your commission starts, you will be skipped and I shall move onto the next client,
you will then be next after said client (this continues until payment is made)
- All fees are included in the final price, and must be paid before commission starts
- Payments cannot be paid by multiple individuals for one transaction, payment will be sent to one individual only
- Final Price will be under my discretion and complexity of the character that I see fit

Form Information
- Feel free to send multiple forms for multiple commissions, or to make the process easier all in one form
- If you need a specific resolution (image size) please notify me and be specific before the commission starts

Watermarks
- All commercial prices come with a non-watermarked version (not to be posted in public social media)
- Fanart will only come with a watermarked version
- Personal Commissions will also be watermarked (unless Commercial Usage is bought)
- I must be Credited by name or linked back to me (both personal and commercial commissions)Workflow / Trello
- Private commissions will remain private on my Trello
- I have a specific artstyle, if you request a different art-style that I am not proficient at,
please know there may be additional fees or the work may be declined or delayed
- Commissions times can vary from weeks to months, so please look at the Trello waitlist/schedule
on your commission status
- Personal commissions are drawn in the order received on Trello
- Rush commissions and commercial take priority and may delay or interfere with schedule
- If you are worried on your commission progress, please check Trello
- If there is a major delay, I will notify you personally and adjust accordingly
- If I am feeling unwell, it will be notified to you or posted on twitter and
my Trello will be updated with my current status

Commercial prices

- If you do not want a watermark on your commission, please select a tier from below
- Fanart will only come with a watermarked version
- All commercial commissions will include a non-watermark and watermarked version for social media postings

Tier 1: 1.5 x pricing = Usage for content that get monetized (Twitch, Youtube, Banners, Promotion, ect)

Tier 2: 2 x pricing = Digital goods (digital wallpapers, downloads, ect.)

Tier 3: 3 x pricing = Small physical products (pins, stickers, keychains, ect.)

Tier 4: 4 x pricing = Large physical products (wallscrolls, plushies, cups, mousepads, ect.)
